Q: Do you have a waitlist for styles?

A: If the dress you've been eyeing is not currently available for your event date, you can sign up to receive an email notification as soon as it is available!

Q: Why is one of my items unavailable?

A: We do our best to ensure that all items you selected are included in your order. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable due to being returned late by the previous renter or not passing our final quality assurance check. In order to get your shipment out in time, you will either be given the option to self-select a replacement to ship with your order or provided a replacement selected by our team.

Q: What if my one-time rental doesn't fit?

A: We will do our best to provide a replacement if one or all of your one-time rental styles do not fit. 
 

 
To get a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of your rental period by following these steps: 

​1. Log into your Ella’s account.

2. Click “Get a Replacement”.

3. Follow the prompts to choose new styles

Q: My rental hasn't arrived yet. When can I expect to receive it?

A: Orders typically ship out

1-2 days before your rental begin date. Your order will be delivered by 10pm local time on the first day of your rental period. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
